2. Buyer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they understand what they are buying and accept all risks related to digital products.

3. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered through the method stated on the website or by our support team.

The buyer is responsible for checking the delivered product immediately after receiving it.

4. Required Video Proof

To protect both the buyer and the seller, the buyer must record a continuous, unedited video starting from before placing the order, including the full purchase process, payment confirmation, product delivery, login process, and in-game verification of the account/items.

The video must clearly show:

• The order process before purchase
• The payment or successful checkout
• The product delivery details
• The first login attempt
• The in-game item/account verification
• Any issue or error that occurs

The video must be continuous and must not be cut, edited, blurred, or partially recorded.

5. No Video, No Refund

If the buyer claims that the product is missing, incorrect, damaged, inaccessible, or not as described, but cannot provide the required continuous video proof, the refund request may be denied.

This policy is required because digital products can be accessed, used, transferred, consumed, or modified immediately after delivery.

6. Prohibited Actions

The buyer agrees not to:

• Use the account or items and then claim the product was defective
• Transfer, trade, sell, consume, drop, delete, or modify any item/account data before reporting an issue
• Change account information and then request a refund
• Share account access with another person and then claim unauthorized use
• Submit false claims, edited evidence, or misleading information
• Open a dispute or chargeback without contacting support first

Any abuse, false claim, fraud attempt, or chargeback abuse may result in denial of support and permanent blacklist from future purchases.

7. Support

If there is any problem with the product, the buyer must contact support immediately before using, modifying, or transferring anything on the account.

The buyer must provide clear evidence, including the required continuous video proof, order information, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
